Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;The Company&#8221;, &#8220;Ourselves&#8221;, &#8220;We&#8221;, &#8220;Our&#8221;, and &#8220;Us&#8221;, refers to Albania Airport Rent a Car.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Party&#8221;, &#8220;Parties&#8221;, or &#8220;Us&#8221;, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Service&#8221; refers to the vehicle rental services provided by Albania Airport Rent a Car.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Vehicle&#8221; refers to a car provided by Albania Airport Rent a Car for rent.<\/li>\n<li>&#8220;Client&#8221;, &#8220;You&#8221; and &#8220;Your&#8221; refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company\u2019s terms and conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. Eligibility<\/strong> To rent a vehicle, you must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be at least 18 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Hold a valid driving license for a minimum of one year.<\/li>\n<li>Present a valid passport or national identity card (for non-residents).<\/li>\n<li>Provide a valid credit card for the security deposit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. Vehicle Return<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The vehicle must be returned on the date and time specified in the Rental Agreement.<\/li>\n<li>Late returns may be subject to additional charges.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>9.
